This course will help you to understand that both the speaker and the listener carry an equal measure of responsibility for making communication work, and will provide you with the tools you need to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.

How is the course delivered?

All our courses are delivered by blended learning. The course consists of six modules, all of which are designed to help you reach your potential as a communicator. For each module you must complete a set of multiple choice questions which are taken online through the Buttercups TestZone, and an 'Assignment workbook', which will need to be reviewed by your manager before the course is complete.
