Off-the-job training

Off-the-job training (a requirement for all apprentices enrolled after May 2017) has a reputation as being a difficult funding rule to accommodate. At Buttercups, we believe that when it is embraced, off-the-job training is a valuable part of an apprentice’s journey. This video gives an overview of off-the-job training, with some helpful hints and tips about what can be recorded, and what cannot.

The accompanying flyer is designed as a resource, to be printed off and kept in the workplace, to ensure that you are recording every minute spent in off-the-job training.
