We are among a chain of Independent pharmacies down at the beautiful Cornwall.
We do on average of 11,000 Items a month, and offer a wide range of services.
We are attached to a doctors surgery, so a constant interaction with other health care professionals.
Bodriggy Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pre-reg. There will be an opportunity to learn all aspects of independent pharmacy. This will also include an external GPhC accredited training course provided by Buttercup that includes an off-site training and mock exams, with an opportunity to interact with other Pre-registration pharmacist.
There is also an opportunity for a cross sector experience at the local GP surgery, placement at different Pharmacy branches to give our Pre-Reg students a variety of experiences. A well-structured in-house training and study hours in preparation for the registration exam, and an opportunity to work with a team of experienced Pharmacists, Dispensers and counter assistants.
Our objectives are not only for you to pass your registration exams but to also become a well-rounded pharmacist, with an opportunity to work with us as a pharmacist once you are qualified.
Benefits: 20 Paid days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays.
Package commencing July/August 2019
5-day Mon-Fri, and one Saturday in a month. 42.5 hours working week
Note: We are able to sponsor suitable candidates who require Tier 2 General visa in order to complete their Pre-registration training, and possible accommodation.

The days are designed to support your placement and help prepare you for the registration assessment.
