About the role

As a Learner Support Coordinator, you will manage multiple email inboxes, track learner progress and highlight any issues to the tutors and assessors, manage learners post enrolment, run new learner reports, assign learners to their tutors and assessors amongst other duties.

You must have a passion for excel and a keen eye for detail alongside fantastic organisation and time management skills.

What’s involved in this position?

As a Learner Support Coordinator, you will be expected to act as part of the Teaching, Learning and Assessment team overseeing new learners to ensure their timely progress and provide advice or signposting as appropriate. As part of this, you will work with people of varying seniority levels including staff, managers and external clients.

You will be required to manage and resolve queries from learners, assist with queries from internal departments, produce relevant departmental reports, book and confirm assessor visits and provide assistance to the TLA department as required to enable teams to deliver high quality programmes to our learners.

Applicants must have good overall IT skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and, in particular, Microsoft Excel. A high level of accuracy, keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors will be key attributes in the successful applicant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will also be essential to the role.

Knowledge of the Pharmacy, Education and Training Sector is not required as full training will be provided as part of the induction process but applicants are advised that a positive, can-do attitude is an essential part of organisational culture at Buttercups Training.
