We deliver training programmes to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support staff working in hospitals, the community, dispensing doctors’ practices and the Armed Forces.
Our courses are delivered as blended learning, where learners undertake the programme as a mixture of online, or paper based work, alongside activities and observations in the workplace using a registered pharmacy technician or pharmacist as a witness. Our course development team are able to create bespoke courses and programmes tailored to meet your companies needs. Our teaching team is on hand to offer learners additional support when required.
Our learners’ progress is individually monitored and supported for the duration of the course and even beyond completion when our information, advice and guidance service remains available.
Our Employer Analytics Dashboard is a portal for training teams, regional coordinators and pharmacy managers to easily filter and view progress / course completions of learners via both a reporting list view and a visual chart view. This dashboard will give up to date information in moments, saving time across your organisation.
Through the b-Hive dashboard, learners can view their current and completed courses, monitor their progress, receive messages and notifications and be awarded digital badges (achievements) through which they can download a certificate for completing learning activities or assessments.
The system will interact with our e-portfolio system, combining data from both apprenticeship programmes and equivalent non-funded courses.
