Buttercups Training Shortlisted for C+D Awards 2024: Celebrating Excellence in Pharmacy Training

We have exciting news to share! Buttercups Training is the winner of the prestigious Chemist+Druggist (C+D) ‘Training and Development Award 2024’!

The C+D Awards are highly regarded within the pharmacy sector, celebrating outstanding contributions and achievements across various categories. The ‘Training and Development Award’ specifically honours those who have pioneered innovative and impactful training programmes which empower learners within the pharmacy community, to realise their full potential, guided by supportive and skilled educators.

This recognition marks our second successive year in this category, after being shortlisted as a finalist in 2023. It is truly a testament to our commitment to excellence in pharmacy training and development.

This year our bid was centred around our outstanding commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). Our submission was highly praised by the judging panel as being a “great example of EDI in action”, once again showing that we are ahead of the game when it comes to EDI.

The focus and dedication to EDI, especially from the committee, has allowed us to grow as an organisation and provide employees with the knowledge, experiences and skills to champion EDI within the pharmacy sector.
